Increase to VHAP grant Limit

Update 9/7/23: We have just received notice that "As of August 25, 2023, the Vermont Homeowner Assistance Program (VHAP) is no longer accepting new applications nor any new requests for additional assistance. VHAP is continuing to process and fund existing applications and will continue to do so until available funding has been depleted."
