Castleton First Response
Castleton First Response and Castleton Fire Department are volunteers, paid for through taxpayer funding. Castleton First Response is part of a program that is led by Regional Ambulance Service Inc. It is a team of First Responders that. can respond to medical calls in the Castleton area to assist patients prior to an Ambulance arriving.
