Walk With Ease Program Hosted at Castleton Rec

Walk With Ease, a program endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation and sponsored by the Castleton Community Center, is coming to the Rec Center this Monday (8/28)! 

This 6-week program is FREE, and ideal for anyone interested in keeping active, improving strength, and combating early or progressed symptoms of Arthritis. The program will include an educational component as well as an indoor walking routine in the company of others with shared interest. To register, please call the Castleton Community Center (802-468-5833) or email at castletoncommunitysrs@gmail.com. You may register on Monday, as well, at the start of the first program session. 

Schedule: M, W, F at 10-11am, rain or shine! (August 28 - October 6)
