Spring Yoga - New!

Stretch and de-stress with trained yoga instructor, Kelsey Butler, every Wednesday at Noon from April 19th-May 31st. 

This class is slow-paced and low-impact, with an emphasis on gentle movements, easy stretches, deep breathing and relaxation. Suitable for adults looking for a quiet, relaxing yoga practice with a special focus on stress reduction and mindfulness. Also wonderful for anyone recovering from illness or injury; living with chronic conditions, stress, anxiety and tension. No prior yoga experience required.

Bring your own yoga mat or use one provided by Rec.
