Yoga with Kelsey Butler
Stretch and de-stress with trained yoga instructor, Kelsey Butler, every Wednesday and Friday at 10am for the month of October (no class on 10/27).
This class is slow-paced and low-impact, with an emphasis on gentle movements, easy stretches, deep breathing and relaxation. Suitable for adults looking for a quiet, relaxing yoga practice with a special focus on stress reduction and mindfulness. Also wonderful for anyone recovering from illness or injury; living with chronic conditions, stress, anxiety and tension. No prior yoga experience required.
This is a private class offered by a local instructor who rents the room from the Recreation Department. Registration is not required. Please sign the instructor's waiver upon arrival, if you haven't already done so. Donation of $10 suggested, not required, paid to the instructor (not received by the Rec Department).
