The Rec Center will offer indoor walking hours through October 27th, thanks to the enthusiasm churned up by the Walk With Ease program, facilitated by the Castleton Community Seniors! Thanks, all!
Schedule: Tues, Wed, Fri (10am-12pm) at the Rec Center in Castleton (47 Mechanic St. Castleton, VT)
Walk laps safely and in the company of other community members. Keep track of your laps while you're walking the marked course around the Rec Center...eight laps around the building is one mile!
This continues to be a free offering for residents and non residents. Registration is not required. For this program and others, please sign in upon arrival.
