Flow Yoga with Kelsey Butler

Stretch and de-stress with trained yoga instructor, Kelsey Butler, every Wednesday and Friday at 10am for the month of August.

This class is slow-paced and low-impact, with an emphasis on gentle movements, easy stretches, deep breathing and relaxation. Suitable for adults looking for a quiet, relaxing yoga practice with a special focus on stress reduction and mindfulness. Also wonderful for anyone recovering from illness or injury; living with chronic conditions, stress, anxiety and tension. No prior yoga experience required.

No classes on 8/25 or 8/30.

This is a private class offered by a local instructor who rents the room from the Recreation Department. Registration is not required. It is required to sign the instructor's waiver upon arrival, if you haven't already done so. Any donations or payments for the class will be received by the instructor, not the Recreation Department.
