Party! Governor’s Institutes of Vermont is turning the big FOUR-OH!
For 40 years, the Governor’s Institutes of Vermont have been curating life-changing educational experiences for young Vermonters. Since 1983, our Institutes have brought 12,000+ students together to forge new friendships, discover pathways to success, and find community.
On July 29th, 2023, we’ll be commemorating 40 years of offering life-changing educational opportunities to students in Vermont. We’ll be celebrating GIV’s past, present, and future, and are inviting all of our 12,000+ GIV alumni and supporters to join in the festivities.
Join us for the party with special performances by GIV alumni including live music from Henry Jamison, a special performance by Noah Young, an improv comedy showcase led by Brittney Malik, DJs, a photo booth, a signature GIA contra dance, food trucks, family-friendly activities, and more!
We’ll also be hosting a silent auction featuring art and fun adventures from local artists, organizations, and GIV alumni!
