Castleton DRB will meet at the date/time scheduled as a continuation to February 6, 2024 DRB hearing, to review a Major Subdivision at 111 Prospect Point Road. During this meeting, there is a planned site visit to 111 Prospect Point Road and at the end of the site visit, return to the firehouse. The applicant in this case is Kenneth Miller for Castleton Realty, LLC, Permit #8317, Appeal #2313, Property #36-50-03, 6 Lot Subdivision – (5) Lots 0.52-0.66 Acres, Lot 6 (57.0 Acres).
Interested parties are to be logged or signed in by 2:10PM and prepared to participate in the hearing, or risk forfeiture of their rights to appeal any decision by the Development Review Board.
