The National Weather Service in Burlington has issued Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Rutland County in southern Vermont Until 230 PM EDT.

* At 149 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over West Pawlet, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines.

Rutland, Chester, Castleton, Killington, Ludlow Village, Rutland
City, Middletown Springs, Wallingford, Mt. Holly, Mt. Tabor,
Rutland - Southern Vermont Airport, Poultney, Plymouth, Fair Haven,
Clarendon, West Rutland, Ira, Wells, Pawlet, and Mount Holly.
