Town of Castleton - Seeking Volunteers for Boards and Commissions

The Town of Castleton is seeking interested residents to serve on several town boards and commissions. Current vacancies include:

Planning Commission

• One 2-year term: July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2028
• One 1-year term: July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027
• One Alternate, 1-year term: July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027

Development Review Board

• One 1-year term (Alternate): July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027

Recreation Commission

• One 3-year term: July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2029
• Two terms with one year remaining: July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027

Rutland County Solid Waste District

• One Alternate Town Representative vacancy through February 28, 2027
