The Rutland Regional Planning Commission submitted application RPC09-0001 of its adopted regional plan with Tier 1B status requests to the Land Use Review Board (“Board”) for a determination of compliance, which was deemed complete on June 3, 2026. The Board will review this application pursuant to 24 V.S.A. § 4348(h) and 10 V.S.A. § 6033, as applicable, and the Regional Planning Commission Application Guidelines (https://act250.vermont.gov/document/1-guidelines-regional-planning-commi...). The Tier 1B area requests are for one or more areas within the following municipalities:
• Brandon
• Fair Haven
• Killington
• Mendon
• Poultney
• Proctor
• West Rutland

Public Hearing
The public hearing will take place on July 15, 2026, at 1:00P.M. EST. It will be held pursuant to 24 V.S.A. § 4348(h)(2) and Section 1.304(B) of the Board’s Regional Planning Commission Application Guidelines. You can participate as follows:
