May agenda was motioned and seconded (S.Z, M.D.) March minutes were approved and seconded (E.P., MD).
1- & 5-year plan Update
The meeting focused on the final draft of the 1-& 5-year plan.
New Business (Open Floor)
The Rec Director submitted a written monthly Director’s Report with any further discussion to be brought up at the June meeting. He also submitted a Pro-Con list concerning the pickleball scheduling platform, Playtime Scheduler and the scheduling portion of the new Rec platform which will be public in the fall of 2026. Training for staff will occur throughout the summer of 2026.
