Call to Order 5:30

Old Business
Basketball registration forms went live. Level 3-4 (U10) boys will be coached by Kyle Mason and level 3-4 (U10) girls will be coached by Mike Hall. This level will begin the first week of December and games start the first week of January. Level K-2 need a coach for both boys and girls.
The Grades 5-6 Game & Rec Night scheduled for October 27 at the CVS building was sparsely attended, but those that came had a lot of fun. The next Game & Rec Night is scheduled for November 10th.
Department Updates (as necessary) - None
Programming Update
Since the Recreation Director left the only program running at CVS is Pickleball which has 5 sessions and is led by Mary and Bob McIntyre. These sessions run on Wednesday evening and Sunday morning. The offer will be extended to the Walkers to have access to the building at the same time as Pickleball.
Update on CVS Building – no additional information
New Business
With the departure of the Recreation Director the Commission members will conduct a daily building check to be sure that everything is in running condition and all the doors remain locked
M. Clifford has been approached by the SVU boys’ soccer coach to inquire about gym time for the Slate Valley United U14/16 boys. She will assemble all of the necessary and forward the packet to Dave Carabino, the coach of Slate Valley United. It will be a limited time request, 2 practice events.
