THE CONTRACTOR IS INSTRUCTED TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO

THE BID:

GENERAL

Item #1 – Bid date is changed to July 9, 2018 at 12:00 PM.

Item #2 – An Army Corps of Engineers General Permit dated June 11, 2018 has been issued for

the project. Attached is the issued permit and required documentation.

Item #3 – The Town intends to apply for a permit amendment to the Construction General

Permit in order to extend the permit effectiveness beyond September 30, 2018.
