Introduction to Active Aging

If you are one of the more than 80% of Vermont’s older adults who want to stay in their homes and communities as they age, this class is for you!

Compared with institutional care, aging at home has been shown to have many physical and mental health benefits. Planning and staying strong are critical to active aging. Join us for this introduction and benefit from learning ways to stay in control of your own life. We look forward to seeing you on March 22nd at 10:30-12pm.

Nancy Blair RN and Regina Kohlhepp RN, have almost a century of clinical professional nursing experience between them in a variety of long term and acute health care systems. Focused on helping people to be independent and build on strength, they believe decline in old age is not inevitable.
